What is NRT Online?

  • NRT Online is a hosted bug tracking, helpdesk, process management, and automated support solution using NetResults Tracker, for customers who wish to outsource the system administration of their NetResults Tracker installation.
  • NetResults installs and maintains the hardware, network infrastructure, web server, database server, and NetResults Tracker software, so that you can focus on your core business.
  • NRT Online is a complete solution that greatly reduces the startup costs, deployment time, and overall cost of ownership.
  • To use NRT Online is easy. All you need to do is to sign up. NRT Online is available at a flat monthly fee. There is no software to purchase or install. All you need is a web browser.
  • If you later decide that you wish to have a NetResults Tracker installation in-house, you can do so at anytime because the same NetResults Tracker software is available for you to run on your own server(s).

Standard email support is provided with NRT Online. Standard email support is provided Monday through Friday 6 am - 5 pm Pacific Standard Time (GMT -0800), excluding holidays.
